1. The Cedar Arrives in Tree Length and Sawn Stock
2. We Take Great Care in Rotating the Raw Material
3. Front End Loaders Transport the Tree Length to the Slasher to be Sawn into 6', 8', & 10' Logs.
4. The Slasher Operator Carefully Grades Each Piece for Maximum Yield.
5. The Logs are Transported from the Slasher to the Saw Mills.
6. The Sawyer is Responsible for Turning Round Logs into Rough Boards and Square Stock.
7. The Rough Wood is Graded, Stacked, and Packaged.
8. The Rough Wood is Stored and Air Dryed.
9. Rough 5x5's Ready for the Planer.
10. Rough 1x3's in the Process of Being Milled into Our Commercial Grade Pickets.
11. Our Commercial Grade Pickets in the Process of being Pointed, Graded, and Packaged.
12. Our Freshly Milled Pickets are Sent to the Automated Panel Nailing Table to Create a Heavy Duty & Very Durable Privacy Panel.
13. Our Privacy Panels are Covered with a UV Protective Cover Developed to Keep Our Wood Fresh.
